Create an image frame
72 mm wide by 36 mm high, and import the Scribus logo into
it.
Create 5 square frames
10 mm on each side with, for the first a
white background and a black border and for the others a
border matching the background, the second in Cyan, the next
in Magenta, in Yellow for the fourth and
in Black for the last.
Place the white square on the left under the
logo, the black one at the right of it, and the other 3 in between the
first 2.
Select the 5 square frames and run the
Distribute/align command and use the settings shown below:
Select all the
frames together by using the shift key and run the command
Item -> Group (or ctrl+G) then position
the whole thing on the page according to taste...
